Surveys typically get a 2–5% response rate, and the people who respond are self-selected—not representative. Enrichment works on your entire list, passively, and gives you real data instead of a small biased sample. That said, we include a survey tool too for things enrichment can’t tell you, like purchase intent or tool preferences.
Kit (ConvertKit), Beehiiv, and Mailchimp are fully supported today with automatic sync and incremental updates. Substack and Ghost are next on the roadmap. Using something else? Upload a CSV to get started right away — or email us and we’ll prioritize your ESP.
No. Never. We don’t sell, license, or share individual subscriber data with anyone—not advertisers, not data brokers, not anyone. The enrichment data is only visible to you. You choose what aggregate numbers to share with sponsors.
We can still enrich many personal email addresses, though the success rate is lower than company domains. Your dashboard shows the breakdown so you know exactly what percentage of your list we could identify. Even a partial enrichment gives you data you didn’t have before.
The ESP sync takes a few minutes. Enrichment runs in the background after that—you’ll start seeing demographic data in your dashboard within minutes. A full list of 10–20K subscribers typically completes within a few hours.
